For the third consecutive year, Sigmon Theatrical had the honor of producing the opening number for the Novant Health Thanksgiving Eve Parade in Uptown Charlotte—the fourth largest of its kind in the country, and a tradition we cherish deeply. This year’s spectacle lit up Tryon Street with rhythm, color, and character, setting the tone for an unforgettable night of celebration.
Our 2025 number "Santa Don't Be Late!" was choreographed by our brilliant resident Director of Dance, Tod A. Kubo, whose international work boast theatrical, concert, and theme park credits.
We’re especially grateful to Robert Krumbine, Chief Creative Officer with Charlotte Center City Partners, whose vision and generosity have made this collaboration possible year after year. Robert’s commitment to creative excellence continues to inspire us, and we’re proud to be part of his legacy of bringing joy to the streets of Charlotte.
Throughout the parade, over 40 additional performers from Sigmon Theatrical brought the magic to life in brigade units that included stilt walkers, giant puppets, and beloved characters, specifically curated to delight families and ignite imaginations.
We’re proud to contribute to the cultural heartbeat of Charlotte and honored to help kick off the holiday season with artistry, community, and a whole lot of joy. 2026 will be the 80th Anniversary of the beloved parade, and we couldn't be more excited for what's ahead.
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Sigmon Theatrical!
