Told entirely through breathtaking shadow puppetry and music, this modern take on the famous tale by Hans Christian Andersen follows a young girl on her transformative journey of self-discovery. The 36-minute show is performed by just three actor-puppeteers who maneuver nearly 100 paper puppets.

 

The show received a 2015 Jim Henson Foundation Family Grant which celebrates innovation and excellence in puppetry.
